Who and how using Flexible stitch?

I newest in Sierra embroidery software. I check Flexible tool for create dog's skin. Any suggestion.

I using Flexible - this is very comfortable tool, when you need create area  with changing stitch direction.  In one are you can add any direction lines. Only one problem, you can't add hole and can't create closed form - same as letter O.
