Saving User Settings

I go under Tools/ Config/ User setting adjust everything the way i like, but when i restart the program their all back to factory preset. How do i save it the way i want ...Inches to mm, company name,etc.

Depending on your version , either you don't have permission to save the files, as these setting should get saved to the ini files that the program uses,

When in 2010 and I open a PXF file. Close the window (file), but did not save it.  Open up 2009 and open up the same PXF file that I opened in 2010 to make a change. Save it as the same PXF in 2009.  Reopen it up in 2010, the old PXF file is still in memory--not the one that I made the change to in 2009.  How do I refresh the memory in 2010?

The 2010 embroidery digitizing software should see the changes. You can try generating stitches. Does this happen with every file? What version are you using?

No it doesn't happen with every file.  It's random and has happened three times to me with three different files.  I close the 2010 software and reopen it and then everything works fine again.  I'm using the most recent version 14.0.3.5045 (windows xp). I have 2009 open at the same time along with Corel Draw and usually two or three other programs.  Is it possible I have too much open at one time?

You can't open new version file in previous version. Bcs new file contained more options (fills, effects...)
