Hello, I am brand new to embroidery and I have no idea what I am doing.  I placed this order and I chose the "Bernina" option as I have a Bernina 770.  Apparently I need an exp file and not the art file.  I could download the file and I can't read the file.  I would appreciate any help in leaning how and what I order.  Can my order be changed to the exp files?

Very often users choose the wrong format. Also, the user can have two embroidery machines using different file formats. Also user can buy another embroidery machine. In this case, he will need to add a new embroidery format. It's easy to do this right in the order history. Watch the video. It will help you figure out how to do this.
