Got wrong size for tampa bay rays embroidery logo

I ordered the tampa bay rays logo embroidery design and daisy duck face in the PES format.  I am new at this and called brother because I could not download it to my machine and they told me the size was too big that I can only use 4x4 size can you send it to me again in the smaller size thank you

I got the tampa bay rays logo but if you look , you will see I was suppose to get the daisy duck face also. Will you please send that to me also in the pes 4x4 hoop for the brothers pe 500 embroidery machine.  It was the free machine embroidery design that I got when I ordered the rays logo. I lost that one too

Sorry, this option available only for Tampa design. You can resize this embroidery yourself with free editing software - Wilcom TrueSizer.

What size you need. Also every design have full information , which you see before buy.
