Brother PR 600 II Upper Thread Snagging -- Well, I'm not sure exactly what the problem is and it randomly gets worse and will sometimes not happen at all, some photos of the issue are linked below to help diagnose the issue.

The thread tension needs to be adjusted. Also, I would pay attention to the quality of the embroidery thread. You also need to clean the embroidery machine, especially the part that is directly related to the thread. Change the bobbin thread.
