Here's a simple video tutorial. in the section My embroidery machine, you must select the brand you need. For example Brother and then a specific type of embroidery machine for example innov is 1500. After that go to the section My orders and you will see that all the designs you ordered are available for download in the required format.
You don't have to think about which format to choose.
There will also be a color chart available.
