Zip File is Empty

I purchased to Donkey with butterfly embroidery design file. The zip file is empty! I tried to open on an iPad AND windows computer but there is nothing in the file! Please refund or send the file to me.

Free machine embroidery designs are not available for download after completing the order?
Here's a simple video tutorial. in the section My embroidery machine, you must select the brand you need. For example Brother and then a specific type of embroidery machine for example innov is 1500. After that go to the section My orders and you will see that all the designs you ordered are available for download in the required format.
You don't have to think about which format to choose.
There will also be a color chart available.
