KTM logo embroidery design purchased yesterday

Hi,
 I sent two emails from your website and have not received a reply. Unable to send email using the link “info” because it is returned undeliverable. Knowing that you would get your money, I felt this was the best way to contact you.
I purchased the KTM logo embroidery and did not realize it included the background (rectangle). I needed only the lettering, “KTM”. I do not have software to edit designs. Can you please supply me with the lettering only for the sizes I purchased in PES? I am in the middle of a particular project but can’t use the embroidery design with the background.

Thank you, thank you for replying! Yes, I only need the design/logo/letters KTM  without the background/rectangle. Omit color change 1 (burnt brick) and only have KTM letters. I would like to have KTM in all the sizes that I purchased just omit the background rectangle.

Hope that you can help me out with the KTM logo (without the background). My husband owns this motorcycle and I have many projects to use it on.

Version KTM logo embroidery design added to existing product. You can back to your order history and download (free). Also we resend this version via e-mail.
