Tajima TEHX-C1501 Cannot switch middle needle

Not able to move middle needle to a different needle. Whenever I try to switch to a different needle it make a rumbling noise which seems the belt is stuck. Any help is much appreciated.

The Tajima TEHX-C1501 is a commercial embroidery machine that has a feature allowing the operator to switch to the middle needle position. If you are experiencing difficulty in switching to the middle needle position, there are a few things that you can try.

Firstly, make sure that the machine is threaded correctly. If the machine is not threaded correctly, it can cause problems with the needle position. Double-check that the needle is inserted correctly and that the thread is properly threaded through the needle.

Secondly, check if there is any debris or thread caught in the needle position selector mechanism. This can cause the selector to be stuck in one position and prevent it from moving to the middle needle position. Clean the area around the needle position selector mechanism and try to switch the position again.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it may be a mechanical problem that requires professional servicing. In this case, it is recommended to contact a certified technician to diagnose and repair the issue with your Tajima embroidery machine.
