Mexican cat embroidery design

This is fragment of nice textile box for kitchen napkins executed in light color scheme. Only bright detail on this work piece’s surface is Mexican cat machine embroidery design. It is head of slim cat with expressive eyes made in traditional Maya manner. All square of its head is decorated with original and well-known ornament which makes it so memorable and original.
