Hello, I have a Brother VR and love it but i have recently been downloading free designs from internet and as some of the designs are too big i resize with wilcom (free edition) but when I make the design the stitch count is so high that it basically cuts the design out of the t shirt and you can see big holes around the design. I have used Buzzsize to adjust the size and stitch count but now it misses inner parts of the design out. Any advise would be amazing as I have been told to buy PE Design 10 at £999 which will sort this out but I cannot afford it. Are there any other pieces of software i can use or if there somewhere else i can get my designs. I have attached photos, the red flower is the lower stitch count, the green and red flower is the original design. Thanks Wayne

Brother VR embroidery machine. In work less than a year. The problem is in shifting the center of the hoop during embroidery. At the beginning some party of the design are embroidering correctly but after a while the center of the hoop is getting shift upwards, about 2 cm. In order for the embroidery design not to be spoiled, it is necessary to “reload” the machine by turning it on and off. After reloading the machine the embroidery frame gets into place, into the center, and only after all this I can keep on embroidering from the right place. It is extremely uncomfortable because it’s embroidering fine but as soon as I leave it for a couple of minutes when I come back I’m finding out that the color has shifted ( by reloading it again the hoop moves back to the center). Unfortunately, there is no service center nearby neither a specialist who could help with embroidery technology. I would appreciate if someone could tell me what is the problem and most importantly if it has a solution. Is it possible to resolve it in your own?
