Hi there! I apologize if I'm repeating but I'm just not sure what I should be searching for in the forums. I'm new to embroidery. All of the preprogrammed items looked great. Once I started trying to use the Brother PE software, this is all I get from them. Is looks like the bobbin thread is coming up? Not my top thread. I'm just not sure what is happened. No matter what fabric I put in there or the setting for fabric, it looks like this. I googled and adjusted the thread tension. I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong. The SVG I made is pretty simple. Not too many points. The running stitch seems to fine. It's just the fill? I've been stepping through the manual but just think I must be missing something obvious. Is there anything anyone can point me to to figure out what I'm doing wrong? Thanks so much for any help. EDIT - This is the top of this and I'm just embroidering on backing sheets because I've gone through this 6-7 times now. Running out of spots on test fabric. Will get more test fabric tomorrow. monster-2.pes

Hi all. Hope someone can advise. I have recently purchase a 10 needle brother embroidery machine (1050x) and have been figuring out how to do things on it. Complete beginner by the way. I thought i would check the embroidery thread tension and according to the manual the were too loose. I have slowly set them up and want some experienced opinions as i have some of the tension dials on the second to last line and the pre tensioners at half way. I was worried that this was too much and would cause unnecessary wear. Do these thread runs look ok. Thanks

I have a single head Tajima 1501 embroidery machine that I have been trying to adjust the tension on each needle to be close to the same for all. I have some needles that are butter smooth and constant, while others are close to the same value but very jerky. Then others are almost nonadjustable all together. I have 1 needle with no tension on any adjuster but still has a tension reading of 120 to 135. I need some advice as to what may be going on with some of my tensioners. I have traced all the spools and they are threaded right. Do you oil any of the parts on the path to the needle? I am not having any problems with sew outs but just want to make quality as good as possible. Thanks in advance for any help! This is the greatest place for people helping people. It is great in a time when things look so bleak to find those willing to help such as all of you do. Once again thanks for being here.
