I have tried to minimize this design for my hoop 240 x 150 mm. A reduced design with a modified number of stitches looks not nice. The only way to make it without lossing  quality is to reduce the size without changing the number of stitches or to split  the design.

Absolutely love your designs.  This one is perfect having just finished altering a month's worth of prom dresses last night.  Perfect for how I feel right now.
