Design Spooler error on one particular embroidery design...

Hi

I'm trying to send a design to my machine over the embroidery design spooler and I get this error message in Tajima Pulse:

Nature's Spa.PXF
TFMX-2C 1502--U3559 : Failed to output the file.Unable to query the design list on the Design Spooler.(6007).

The strange part is it seems to only affect this embroidery design. I am able to send other embroidery designs to my machine successfully but not this one.

Any ideas

Regards,

What happens if you change the name of the design? I do not think the
spooler will like the ' .

What version of DG/ML are you using?

I changed the file name, here is the result:

Natures_Spa.PXF
      TFMX-2C 1502--U3559 : Successfully sent.

Thanks for the ridiculously quick answer!

Try renaming the file and leave out the apostrophe. Don't know if this will
help but some special characters cause problems in file names.

Same with me. I have tried to rename but it does not work. What is the problem? Help me please.
