naomi 36 Posted April 5, 2015 Share Posted April 5, 2015 Hi, I could transfer the free items onto my BROTHER PE 500 but the item that I paid for- ID 902 Grumpy embroidery design did not show on the machine, my order is 033784, I did "save & filter out" first but none showed up on the machine so I did "Download all as zip" and that worked for all but "Grumpy". All sizes available for download without additional payment More information Hi i selected the pes for the format that i have purchased, it gave me several choices differentiated with a, b, c, d, etc. at the end of the design name.
