Was able to download free embroidery design but I can not get them to come up on my Embroidery Machine.  I can input them and it registers the file size but none of the images I wish from you will not come up.  I can see it using the memory but there is nothing that comes up that I can access.  Am I doing something wrong?  My computer says they are all the .pes file that I need for my Brother SE400 Machine.  I download different free embroidery designs from a different websites and am having no problems with those designs.

Suggestions?

Your embroidery machine Brother SE400  which hoop only hoop 4 x 4? If yes, this provider information about your problem,

Your embroidery machine not understmand embroidery designs (and can't sew)  bigger over 4 x 4. Most of free embrodiery designs which you choose have bogger size.You check embrodiery designs size? Every design have full information about size..

 

This not connection with website  where you download  freee embrodiery design - only with embrodiery design's size.
