Two zebras free embroidery design resize

I download  the free design of the two zebras but I won't go to my machine, could it be too large, if so, could it be resized? my large hoop is 7.75"x14.5" Design here

We can not resize this file. This is due to the fact that the author did not provide the original format. But you can try to do it yourself. For this there is a free program and a good step-by-step instruction to it.
