Drawings SNAP PES files not showing thumbnail on Brother SE400

Created a simple text design and exported the PES. Copy the PES to the machine and there's no thumbnail to select it. So I'm stuck. Other designs from elsewhere work. I can see the file is actually on the machine.
Does anyone know how these thumbnails get there and what could be wrong?
Has anyone used Drawings SNAP with the Brother machines successfully?

Some pes files don't show up for some reason. I have had that happen on my Babylock. Try using the .dst file. Brother machines support the .dst format...or at least my PR600 does and so does my Babylock. .Dst colors will look funky so you'll have to make sure you follow the color guide given.
