Brother VR embroidery machine. In work less than a year. The problem is in shifting the center of the hoop during embroidery. At the beginning some party of the design are embroidering correctly but after a while the center of the hoop is getting shift upwards, about 2 cm. In order for the embroidery design not to be spoiled, it is necessary to “reload” the machine by turning it on and off. After reloading the machine the embroidery frame gets into place, into the center, and only after all this I can keep on embroidering from the right place. It is extremely uncomfortable because it’s embroidering fine but as soon as I leave it for a couple of minutes when I come back I’m finding out that the color has shifted ( by reloading it again the hoop moves back to the center). Unfortunately, there is no service center nearby neither a specialist who could help with embroidery technology. I would appreciate if someone could tell me what is the problem and most importantly if it has a solution. Is it possible to resolve it in your own?
