Hi All,

I have a Brother BES-1216AC that works just perfectly in flat hoop mode. However, when it's off, then switched into Cap mode, it starts up make a small amount of movements and then starts beeping and only says "OVERTRAVEL" on the screen and you can't get it to do anything else. Happens regardless of whether or not the actual cap mount is installed.

Any ideas as to why this may be happening?

    Configure browser push notifications
