kwk, pch, and ica files my Sierra Stitch Era

I have an old dos system with many thousands of designs on it.  I upgraded awhile back to version 11.40.  I would like to transfer my embroidery designs to the new system while maintaining the capability to alter them.  However when I download the kwk, pch, and ica files my Sierra wont recognize them.  My computer says they are on the disk.  How do I rebuild them on Stitch Era?    Please help. If I just download a dst version I cant alter it as it saves it as a DST file not a DSG.  Thanks for your help.

On the DOS computer, search for DSG files, this is the file type that you need in order to edit the files.  Move all DSG files from the DOS computer to the ERA computer and you should now be able to open the design files.

Thank you
