Dora the Explorer embroidery design what colors of thread

Hi

I ordered the Dora the Explorer embroidery design from you on 2-4-14.  I downloaded it and i don't know if i'm doing something wrong or not but it doesn't have the bubbles that are coming out of the mouth and doesn't say what colors of thread i need for it.  When i bring it up on my embroidery machine it just shows the fish.  Hope you can help me out.

Embroidery machine, not show correct colors. This standard situation. Because in embroidery machine have only one color palette ( brand palette). In world lots embroidery threads.  Fo fix this problem we add special color chart file (JPG or PDF). You can download this file with ordered embroidery design and show correct colrs and order.

Please explain - where you have problem. Dora Explorer is not free embroidery.

We had already received Dora Explorer Skating embroidery design, but we are looking for the rest(free) that must go with .We had also ask Martha Pullen to help, but still nothing! Please see that this problem is solved quickly!
