I just now found your site, and absolutely love it.  I have registered, and placed 8 items in my basket.  Before I check out, I want to be sure my items will all be in EXP.  Is that possible?

    In  our  system,  don't  need  choose file format which you need./ All formats  available  for  download,  any  time  you  can choose another format(s).

    Hi. I haven't been able to download my embroideries yet as each time I try, my sewing machine reads it as a FAT file and wants me to reformat the memory card. I have just purchased a new memory card from EBay and am currently awaiting its arrival.
    Will let you know if I get success.

    I am getting another embroidery machine this week and wanted to see if I could get my past purchases from you in another format? I need JEF.
