Recommendations for Iron on Patch Materials

I'm working on making iron on patches to put on has that I am going to sell. I wanted to know if anyone has any recommendations for fabric and iron on adhesive.

I bought some tactical fabric from my local sewing store and heat and bond ultra hold.

My biggest questions are, will heat and bond ultra hold be pretty permanent and hold up well? Is there a better higher grade iron on adhesive I should use?

Is there a particular brand of tactical fabric or type that would be best to use?
