lefen Posted February 9, 2016 Share Posted February 9, 2016 I purchased several embroidery designs which didn't allow me to choose which format and size I wanted it now won't allow me to open in my program and I am very disappointed with this! Glenna For help Hi i selected the pes for the format that i have purchased, it gave me several choices differentiated with a, b, c, d, etc. at the end of the design name. What do these letters indicate? Also you can look files size..Bigger volume- bigger size. Quote Link to comment
