I am completely new to all of this, I have purchased a Janome 350E second hand, it does have a few flowers embroidery designs, but I want something different, I love some of your embroidery designs but I'm not sure what happens next after. if I order a pattern, what do I do?

I'm new with your site, just downloaded my first purchases.  Only 1 of the 4 had a pdf file.  How do I get a pdf of the others, or what can I get with a good picture?

We using two type files for color chart- PDF and JPG. Please choose both in order download page.

I made my first purchase from your website.  When going to download the files all I was able to receive was the .pdf color charts, no embroidery file.  I do not know if I forgot to choose a format or what I did wrong on the order.  Can you please tell me how I can download the .pes files?  Thank you for your cooperation.

For choose new or add  embroidery or color format - need choose this in Order Download page, and click button Save. After that these formats available for download.

Just need choose color charts formats in Order Dowтload page. For help please read this topic
