On August 25, while on vacation, I purchased and downloaded the OSU Buckeye Logo machine embroidery design for my Brother SE400.Today I wanted to stitch the embroidery design.  I copied the file from my laptop to my embroidery machine, and it shows the file transferred, but there is no way to upload it into my machine's memory. The screen shows size of file but no image is shown to select to upload.

Please advise on how to utilize the embroidery design.  I regularly purchase and download designs and have never had a problem before.  Any help would be appreciated.
