I purchased this let this morning, a while ago.  But I believe I marked the wrong format I think I need VP3 as I own a Husqvarna Viking Designer I sewing machine.  Can you help me, I can not even log back in.

vikings  read more than one format.   which machine do you have?     which did you download?  and what software do you have ?      .they have a facebook page embroideres studio    Anastasi Denisova  will likely answer on that page.  She is on many groups .

Please let me   now if I can help   I have  Premier plus       I also suggest   either embird or wilcom  for their free programs to allow you to  convert
