Embroidering artistic lion design

How does she work

The fabric is stretched and firmly fixed in the hoop. The carriage mechanism moves the hoop along two axes. The computer integrated in the machine controls the movement of the carriage and the needle punctures in accordance with the program - “Machine Embroidery Design”.

The embroidery process on the machine usually looks like this:
First, the embroidery design file is transferred to the machine. The machine offers to set a hoop of the appropriate size and thread the thread of the desired color. Before embroidering, you can move or rotate the design to the desired position within the hoop. After pressing the “start” button, it remains only to observe how an embroidered pattern is formed on the fabric. If the design is multi-color, the machine embroiders the first color, stops and offers to change the color of the thread. At this point, you can trim the extra broaches of the threads, and there are machines that themselves cut such broaches and do not need to worry about it. After the embroidery is completed, you can remove the hoop and smooth the finished work.
