I have the Janome 350E. I download my embroidery designs in the JEF format. I see there is another option which is JEF+. Can you please explain the difference to me? Probably something I should already know, but don't. Thanks,

A customer sent me a file in a Melco .ofm format. Can Wilcom embroidery digitizing software read this type of file? Or how can I get it converted to .DST or .EXP format?

I have a job to embroider for a customer. He supplied me with a .dsb embroidery format file. When I bring it into WingsXP software (five version) it's distorted. Is this file usable with this software or do i need it in a different format? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks,
