I generally buy my sewing embroidery from Etsy. I needed this Liverpool football embroidery design and couldn't find it anywhere else. However, since I have bought this from you, I can not find anywhere to download it at. I assumed that you would email me the download. I have looked everywhere on this site for this function. Can you help me.

hi I hope you can help me I just paid for the Liverpool football embroidery badge and p when I put it on to my usb stick to put that in to my embroidery machine so I can stitch it out it is not showing up on my machine.
