machine doesn't center designs

My machine wont center my designs anymore and I Do not know why this is happening. I was embroidering few designs and kept taking designs to the top. Does Anyone know what has happened and how much it will cost approximately to get it fixed?

What do you mean by your question? I could never centre them on my machine or if I was able to do it, I do not know how. I have had 10000, 11000, 12000 as well as 15000 but i have no idea how. only when I move the design on screen with arrows and guess the centre. If you've some software then why dont you put your design in in and save to your PC Card and it must move when you put it in 9500.

I guess you mean adjusting the center when you go to the edit. If that's the case, you are able to get it to the center, then call a shop which specializes in this thing. I take my 300E to Singer dealer.

That's exactly what I meant. I am taking the machine to a shop soon I when I get free time!

If you hit the edit button, you can center your designs.

Thanks for replies ladies!

To get exact centre, what "hit the edit button" means. Example: I have got a design on edit screen - I have shifted it around, then I move it back to "estimated" centre. actually Can I get an exact center by hitting edit button again?

You see, that I know a bit good about my machine, but I do not know it all.
