How do I find it.  The only download I see is for dsn format

Oh - I love this design. But my hoop ist just 5x7 and I do not have a software to make it smaller. Is there an other possibility?

All I am getting is pages of text when I try to download.

Please explain what browser you using.

I am using my I pad, with Safari and I send the download to my email.

This design is beautiful and stitched out no problems. Just love it.

Need some help please. I have downloaded the zebra and my embroidery machine, Brother Innovis 700EII, picks it up but I can't see the picture therefore unable to embroider. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong please.

Can this design be down sized? It is way to large for my 240 x 150 hoop. I would love to make this design!

I downloaded the zebra. I have a Brother Quattro 2 and tried using the 8x12 hoop and it said I had to change to a larger hoop. I even shrunk it lower and still got the same message.

is it possible to make this design slightly smaller my largest hoop is 5" x11"

This zebra with glasses is wonderful! It is a little large for my tote bag. Is it going tp be available in any smaller sizes?

Is there anyway I could resize to fit a 5x7 frame?
