lone Posted December 20, 2015 Author Share Posted December 20, 2015 When I try to download a free embroidery design, immediately I get a message that I have exceeded the number of embroidery designs and I must delete some out. Well, I haven't downloaded any design for weeks and weeks, and I have nothing in my cart except for the one Free Design I've chosen tonight. I've tried Refreshing my cart but that doesn't help.
