Pfaff.. which uses VIP.. however according to my store you might be using older digitizing software as the embroidery design didn’t stitch out properly (I have a foto) Can you please send it to me in a VP3? they think that will solve the problem thank you 1 Quote Link to comment

However, when I downloaded it into our software, it loads as 5.7" x 4.4". Can this pattern be resized and sent in the proper size so it will fit on a 5 x 7 hoop? 1 Quote Link to comment
