I don't know how you should do that with your software. For downloading I click at red button "vew file" or "download this file" beside design, scroll down list and find right format, click "download" and choose "open with" and choose name of your embroidering software, click "OK". The file opening, than follow your software. Normally, you need to find button "save as..." and follow your software. If nothing helps read manual. Quote Link to comment
