Hello everyone,

I am using Pulse DG 15. I get a black block on the embroidery logo when I make a print preview via PDF. When printing I keep seeing the black block.

Does anyone know how we can fix this?

    Hello,

    We just encountered the same problem.

    You can fix it by uninstalling windows update "KB5000802".
