Applique instead of embroidery design

I placed an order on 04/18/2014 for two different Saints logo's to be embroidered on something. When I down loaded the designs to my Brother Innvois 4000D sewing embroidery machine, all designs are in an applique style. Do you have the same designs in an embroidery style?
My order number is 9003. Looking at your website it appears to be embroidered.

If you see not correct color chart in embroidery machine screen please using color chart included in pack. Your embroidery machine (as another) not correct show some colors.

I recently purchased the Batman applique embroidery design. I could not find the largest size applique for the pes format. I think it should be the bata1c.pes.  Can you email this to me?
