Baby Bear riding horse embroidery design

I have a problem with trying to load 2 embroidery designs (And I really would like these two embroidery designs) as soon as I put them in my order it wont allow me to go any further with the order it has a block around the unit column ( 1 )  I wonder if you could look into it ( They are  It’s a boy    and Baby Bear riding horse embroidery)

Hi, placed an order with you yesterday which I received. The pattern contained 6 sizes. I downloaded each one. Used the larger size last night with no problem. Went to use today and now only 1 size, the smallest showes up on my screen of my embroidery machine.

No worries. What embroidery machine you have?

Your reload machine& . Usually this problem have with bigger suze, if embroidery machine have smallest size hoop.

Why can't I download the free embroidery patterns on same invoice as purchased patterns?

No worries, this is limit for one order. You can add new free designs to new order. Video instructions: Video instructions to users of embroidery library
