I?ve tried using Auto digitizing mode on a simple design with 2 colors, and it always tells me i have thousands of colors. With the sample images, it says there are only a few colors, maybe 4 or 5 depending on the design. When I use a custom design it gives me thousands of colors, and says there are too many colors to use any mode except the photo stitching mode. What?s the deal?

Normally, a scanned or raster image  will contain thousands or millions of colors of pixels that make up an image that we can see. In order to use any Auto Digitizing tool you need an image with solid colors.

If you bring this image into any picture editor software, you can reduce that amount to a file that will work for auto tracing.in editor is including in your Tajima Pulse software.

Hope this helps you.

Best regards
