I have a 4x4 embroidery hoop, I see that this embroidery design states 4.17 x 4.13 Do you think this will work on my embroidery machine?

I was under the understanding when I ordered these embroidery designs that all of the different sizes were included......Is this not correct?.....If they are included how do access the different sizes?
