I have been having problems with my security device. The light on it keeps turning on and off. Sierra software, of course, does not like this. It either stops responding or gives me an error saying to attach my security device. I can't figure out what is causing it. There isn't just one thing that I am doing that might point to being the problem. 


I have Sierra embroidery office 11.41.


Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

It sounds to me that there is a problem with the device its self and you will need to contact your distributor to get it replaced.  You might want to try installing the latest security device driver first to see if this helps.
