Hi I just signed up to your website with my other email I am interested in purchasing the American Legion embroidery logo but I need it in a 9" size in PES format. How do I go about doing this? Do I purchase it in the smaller size first then contact you to add the larger size correction? Thank you.

I am able to download the logos but can not print out the pdf color chart. Not a big deal because it\'s only 2 colors but would still be nice to have.

I purchased the MLB design and requested it in PES well for some reason I am unable to open it! I can also use DST, can I please get that sent to me? I also had asked about getting it in a smaller size that what was offered, I wanted to get it 1 inch wide x .5 inch tall Thank you ~

Does anyone know what causes a 211 error? We had a tech in who cleaned out the extra embroidery thread wraps stating this was the problem but the errors continue. The 211 error happens at leat 3 times each time a embroidery logo is stitched but doesn't happen on any other embroidery machines. -
I need to have a Dodge Ram embroidery logo made. Let me know if you can do this . Thank you --

I have a embroidery logo that consistently has looping problems. It's a long skinny triangle. Does that make a difference? How can I fix it so that there aren't any loops?

The embroidery design in rectangle in shape. The logo looks fine while sewing but when I take it out of the hoop it puckers around the edges. I have tried 2.5 cutaway. I have tried 1, 2, and 3 pieces. I have also tried to change the stitch direction. I have also tried polyester and rayon threads? Hooping is good and tight but not overly tight. The logo mostly puckers on the Dri fit polo material. Any suggestions would be helpful.
