Greetings, I have 15 free designs on my account. I tried to download 2 this evening but it will not allow me to do so unless I give PAYMENT information. There is no charge for my free designs. Your website states that I can download my free designs that I have on account at any time. Why can't I download my designs without giving my PAYMENT information when the order is $0. I don't think I should have to give PAYMENT information when my order is for two of my 15 FREE designs on my account!

Hello I've just realised that the payment has been processed twice one through paypal and the other through credit card. is it possible to transfer one of the payments either back or I buy something else? thanks and regards,

I ordered this embroidery design, but I see I got 2 separate orders. I only wanted the one design but I was having trouble with the credit card information needed. I would appreciate you crediting my account for $7.00. There was no reason for me to order 2 of the same design. Thank you for your cooperation.

Hello I've recently ordered several embroidery designs from your website embroideres.com and have received confirmation from PayPal that my payment was successfully transferred to your e-mail but when I logged on to the website I received a message that I was authorized to download my designs, it then took me to another page telling me I was unauthorized to download. When I look at my order history it tells me all is fine and I should be able to download. Can you help?
