I am looking for Dewey's Tire Service embroidery logo, do you happen to have it. Picture is attached. I am looking for 4x4 PES. If not how much will be to have you make the embroidery design. May just want the Dewey's and not the wording Tire Service. Thank You

Hi, I sent two emails from your website and have not received a reply. Unable to send email using the link “info” because it is returned undeliverable. Knowing that you would get your money, I felt this was the best way to contact you. I purchased the KTM logo embroidery and did not realize it included the background (rectangle). I needed only the lettering, “KTM”. I do not have software to edit designs. Can you please supply me with the lettering only for the sizes I purchased in PES? I am in the middle of a particular project but can’t use the embroidery design with the background. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks!

I see you have a nice Porsche logo embroidery design. I was wondering if you could make it smaller. I would like to put one on my husbands work shirt but he doesn\'t want it that big. It is 1.84 by almost 3. Could it be about half that size. I have one that I made smaller with my embroidery machine, but it was way too dense. I guess it needs to be digitized smaller.

I just downloaded the BMW logo embroidery. On the site the background is filled with solid black. When I pull it up in my software, it is cross-hatched. Is there anyway I can get it in solid black?

This is my request...I didn't get 2 of the 4 Nascar logo embroidery design, I download it thru a zip file and also individually and I still didn't get any data. I am missing the 4.73 x 0.90 and the 3.94 x 0.? (missing on your website). This is my first order and not happy with no response in 24 hours on the problem.
