This order, after downloading, gives me an error message when I attempt to open it. It says that the file can't be opened as it was not properly decoded in transmission of the attachment. When I put the USB into my machine it indicates there is nothing on it. Already paid for it once and don't want to order again. Format is ART for a Bernina model 830 Limited Edition.
