Have software six installed with security dongle---worked good.  installed paintwork with its own dongle--works good.  Problem:  software six does NOT work now. 

Security check message is (:HASP SRM Run-time Environment [H0038]) -----

Rerun of install disk goes thru modify-reinstall or uninstall, then thru CorelDRAW and` ends with maintenance finished.  Nothing--same security message.

Sorry, we not sell Wilcom  or any embroidery software. You need send this question where you buy this product.

I had this error in my Bernina software version 5. Bernina and Wilcom same software ( in Bernina different interface and less function).. You need download another driver version for HASP. Latest version. Before install please close all another program. After install, may be need restart your computer. .

Same only some elements, not full. Different interface, structure and protect system. Please check m in you PC installed another software using emulator. If no, you can using any backup . of your OS when you software working correctly. If this not help you. Reinstall full OS and install Wilcom.
