I was so excited to see this design to do for our Grandson so downloaded it then realised it was too big, i tried reducing the size but didn't work, Im quite new to Embroidery so wondered if i have done something wrong downloading it. Any help or advise please.

    Hi! What format you use for your embroidery machine? May be I can help, but not in all formats.

    It depends on the type of your embroidery machine. Most of the new BROTHER machines use the USB port. And a regular flash drive. You transfer machine embroidery files like any other files (for example, photos). And then inserts your flash card directly into the embroidery machine.
