Embroidery Sierre Office 7 .dsg file conversion

Hello everybody,

 

In 2007 i made some shirts and the sotre where i bought them left my the .dsg file , i would like today to see the file but don't find any software to convert it in other formats like .jpg o .pst, and buying the Sierra Embroidery Office only to convert the file it's to expensive.

So could anyone help me to convert this file (that i attach) in any format that can be use with normal graphics editors?

Thanks for the reply diver361 , i would like a file that can be seen in some graphic editor non for embroidery machine and yes my final idea is to print it.
