Only one size was sent.I need the other to be sent. That one will fit in my hoop 5/7.The design that was sent is too big for my hoop.2 embroidery designs should have been sent.

I am wanting the Tinkerbell fly embroidery design, but my machine has a 5 x 7 hoop, and maximum size is 4x4. will this work, or do you have a smaller version?

I need this embroidery design today for my project. I am extremely unhappy with how long this is taking and that the design wasn't the right size to begin with. If you can't change the size to my hoop and will expect either my $5 refunded or another design(s) of my choosing that will work. Please advise.

You can do it yourself simply by selecting the desired Order History formats. After that, click save. Then you can stomp your machine embroidery designs in the new selected formats. At any time, you can change or delete formats. There are no restrictions.
